Dingle
is the chief town of the peninsula and an excellent touring centre. The town is
steeped in history and boasts one of the prettiest harbours in Europe. The
narrow streets with brightly painted houses and colourful shop fronts attract
visitors to browse through the many craft shops and hostelries that are
clustered in the town centre. There are many craft shops in Dingle town. There
is good value to be found in the high quality handmade products in the craft
shops - woven tweeds and woolen clothing, sweaters, and
jewellery to name a few. Check out
